Due to the recent gas outage in Charleston, WV the city of Charleston, The Salvation Army of Charleston, West Virginia, United Way of Central WV and WV VOAD have joined together to give back to those affected by this incident. WV VOAD coordinated with the Salvation Army to set up one of our shower trailers for those without access to water.
WV VOAD also donated heaters to United Way to distribute through WV211 to those in the community without heat in their home. We are thankful to be able to give back to these communities in their time of need! #outreach #collaboration #coordination #cooperation #communication #community #wvvoad
