My Needs Portal (WVVOAD-MNP)

Welcome to the My Needs Portal (WVVOAD-MNP)! This user-centric platform is designed to assist individuals in updating and tracking their immediate needs during disaster events. Whether you need to add photos, notes, or update the status of your requirements, MNP provides a seamless solution. Additionally, you can view your past disaster work and identify organizations providing assistance.

How to Access and Use the Portal:

Step 1: Login

1. Visit the My Needs login page using the following link: 

2. Enter the email address you received the invite on or the email you provided on your Damage Survey.

3. Sign in using the authentication steps on the portal, you may need to enter the password to your email to gain access.

Step 2: Navigate the Portal

  1. Upon successful login, you will be directed to a list of immediate needs. ​

  2. From the list, you can select a specific need you submitted and: 

  • Check the status of your disaster immediate needs work.

  • Update the status of your need.

  • Add photos or notes to share with assisting organizations.

  • View your past disaster work requests.
