West Virginia Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters (WV VOAD) responds to disaster-related needs across the entire state, addressing immediate and long-term needs. WV VOAD understands the importance of and greatly appreciates the services and contributions made by volunteers. COVID Vaccination Clinic Support
Volunteers are needed to provide NON-MEDICAL support to COVID Vaccination Clinics that are being held throughout West Virginia over the next few months. Volunteer support activities and tasks may include helping with Check-Ins, Registrations, Data Entry, Mobility Assistance, Traffic Control and Parking, or other tasks as needed.
Operation BBQ is a feeding campaign that will deliver and/or serve 500,000 meals to West Virginians in need. The operation will be held sometime in March 2021. Volunteers will be needed to help with meal service and distribution.
